He is currently the Founder & CEO of Pivotal Health, a venturebacked technology-enabled healthcare services company. Sal's entrepreneurial journey includes founding and leading multiple healthcare ventures, with expertise in operations, technology, business development, and high-growth environments. He has successfully raised capital, scaled operations, built teams, and navigated mergers and acquisitions.

Sal holds a BS in Marine Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of WisconsinMadison. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve.
