Ernesto Maldonado

Ernesto Maldonado is Senior Vice President of Specialized Banking and Head of Third Party Escrow at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where he leads escrow solutions for the capital markets — M&A escrows and holdbacks, subscription escrows, paying-agent engagements, and capital raises under Reg D and Reg A+.

He brings more than twenty years of business and commercial banking experience across Southern California, with earlier roles at Pacific Premier Bank, Banc of California, Partners Bank of California, Orange County Business Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. His practice centers on reducing counterparty risk in complex transactions while building long-term client relationships.

Ernesto holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University's Argyros School of Business and Economics, carries the CMAA designation, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He is based in Orange County, California.
