Dr. Daniel Farb is dedicated to creating game changers in the area of renewable energy. He is concentrating on small wind turbines, with many innovations that can cause wide applicability in the industry. Flower Turbines and Dr. Farb have received many awards, such as Innovator of the Year from the US Department of Energy, twice winner of the Sustainability Award from the Netherlands government, and many more.
Flower Turbines has developed mostly as a crowdfunded company. Its latest fundraising is for project financing--to make large projects taking advantage of the patented cluster effect--the turbines when close together improve each other's aerodynamics and power production.
