Alexandria (Alex) Fisher is a seasoned business strategist and compliance specialist dedicated to expanding founders' access to funding and investors' access to private capital markets.

She is currently the CEO & CCO of Netcapital Securities Inc., an SEC-registered, FINRA-member broker-dealer and whollyowned subsidiary of Netcapital Inc. Alex advises startup companies, mentors at Techstars, and is a member of Global Women in Venture Capital (VC) and the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network (DWEN).

Previously, she managed various regulatory compliance programs at Fidelity Investments.
